14-15 of March in conference –hall took place 2-nd educational seminar of the project “Support of the international business cooperation in Kaliningrad region (2006/123-972)”. The topic of the seminar is “Negotiations and influence. Personal thinking and communication.” Seminar was leaded by Roman Gaiduk, consultant of Erra Consulting (Lithuania)
21-22 of March in conference-hall of RDA took place 3-rd educational seminar of the project “Support of the international business cooperation in Kaliningrad region (2006/123-972)”. The topic of the seminar - “How to develop business in Europe: transcultural area and communication”. Seminar was leaded by the director of the Klaipeda Economics Development Agency/OSS, associate professor of colleges of social sciences and business of West Lithuania Mr. Raimundas Vaitekunas
27-28 of March in conference-hall of RDA took place 4-th educational seminar of the project “Support of the international business cooperation in Kaliningrad region (2006/123-972)”. The topic of the seminar - “Information sources, key international requirements and normative acts, main risks”. Seminar was leaded by Sigitas Brasinskas (Lithuania)
4-5 of April in conference-hall of RDA took place the 5-th educational seminar of the project “Support of the international business cooperation in Kaliningrad region (2006/123-972)”. The topic of the seminar - “Export potential of the Kaliningrad region”. Seminar was leaded by Alexandr Harin - candidate of economical science, associate professor of the chair “Economics and Business” in Kaliningrad Technical State Univercity
28-29 of May in conference-hall of RDA for Kaliningrad companies took place 4-th educational seminar of the project “Support of the international business cooperation in Kaliningrad region (2006/123-972)”. The topic of the seminar - “Information sources in export activities”. Seminar was leaded by Sigitas Brasinskas (Lithuania), Helena Artemova and Nikita Kuzmin
Main objective of the visit was the organization of business meetings Kaliningrad and Lithuania small companies to establish contacts and discuss the possibility of the cooperation. During the first day RDA managers visited office of the Klaipeda industrial-trade chamber. There they saw the work of representation of the network of Euroinformation centers based on KITC. As the result of negotiations was decided to explore the possibilities of participation of RDA in this network. In addition managers of organizations-partners could state their ideas in realization of joint projects in frames of the new Neighbourhood program. On the second day of the trade mission took place the visit of the Klaipeda free economic zone. Kylas Eimantas, the director of the company leading Klaipeda FEZ made the review presentation and answered the questions of Russian mission participants. In addition representatives of Klaipeda industrial-trade chamber organized the visit of Klaipeda industrial park. Participants were shown the main directions of activity. In particular was presented the activity of one of the working on the territory laboratory. During the mission took place work meetings managers of Kaliningrad RDA and Klaipeda regional development agency, which were dedicated to the day-to-day project operation and discussion of perspectives of cooperation.
